This error message keeps showing up when I turn my
computer on. If I "x" out everything works fine. How can
I get rid of it?

I am not sure that this is a WIN2000 AD issue and might suggest that you
post this question to a more appropriate newsgroup - such as
WIN2000.general.

Doing a search in the Microsoft Knowledge Base resulted in no finds.
However, doing a google search for 'expl32' resulted in many finds. here

This appears to be a virus. I would follow the Symantec link...
