Expired flags not changing email colour - Outlook 2003

With Outlook pre 2003, a flagged email would change colour to red when the flag had
expired. Can you do that with Outlook 2003?
 
It still does that by default. See if you still have an entry for overdue
items in Automatic Formatting;
View-> Arrange By-> Custom...-> button Automatic Formatting
