Compatibility between outlook 2003 and outlook 2007

I am using Outlook 2007, howevr, some of my colleagues are using Outlook
2003. We seem to have a problem when working on a shared mailbox. Anytime I
flag/categorise an email a colour so that my colleague can respond to them
they cannot see the coloured flag. I have no problem seeing the flags they
mark for me.

Is there a compatibility pack for Outlook 2003 to 2007?

Color categories is not a functionality in Outlook 2003. The message will
get its category though. They can use Automatic Formatting to assign colors
to categories.
