Is anyone aware if Microsoft is planning on adding an option in a future
Outlook version that turns off the Out of Office message automatically as of
a particular date/time?

In our office, some users never close Outlook/log off even if they're going
to be away. Upon return, they forget to turn it off so it continues to be
received by new email senders until it is pointed out.

Thanks!
Laura :-)
