Expiration date and cost afterwards

I like the new MSFT anti-spyware beta software. I see the
beta version has an expiration date of July 31, 2005.
After this date will the software still be free or will we
have to purchase it?
 
This information hasn't been made public yet, and perhaps even hasn't been
decided.
