expanding subfolders in the nav pain

B

Bob

I have several subfolders under inbox, and when I run outlook some are
expanded and some are 'closed'. This is mostly fine except for one
particular one which is always open but I want it to be closed. But I can't
figure out how to make it be closed by default. It doesn't matter what
state I leave it in when I close outlook, it is always in the open state
when I start outlook.

How do I fix this?

you can't control it - outlook is probably opening it when new messages are
moved to it.
