I have created a form and run out of space. Is there anyway of expanding this
so that I can carry on using the form.

What do you mean? You have a particulate control that is too small? Is it
bound to a field? Have you tried increasing the size?

The short answer is, Yes. Open your form in design-view, and make it
bigger. If that does not help you, we will have to have more details.

I mean I have used all the Forms space- right down to 56 on the ruler. Is
there anyway of increasing this??

A properly designed form should never be that long.

What type of data are you putting in it? Typically, you would have subforms
with scroll bars and tabs to separate data.

For example, an invoice form that contains 500 or 1,000 details would still
only be five or ten inches tall. The detail section (where those 500
details are shown/added) would be a subform with scroll bars. Only five or
ten items would be visible at any given time.

An employee form that contains a hundred fields or so could be broken down
using tabs. The main data might be on one tab, the dependant and family
data might be on another tab, earnings history might be on another tab, etc.
