Expand PowerPoint handout print options

I would like additional prining options within the PowerPoint printing
options in order to save paper. I have several suggestions:
1) Respace the handout options to allow 8 frames per page, in two columns of
four each in portrait or two rows of four in landscape. This can be done by
decreasing the interframe margin as well as the margins between the frames
and the edges of the paper.
2) Respace the handout options to allow 4 frames per page with writing lines
next to them, instead of 3.
3) In all formats with writing spaces (such as the current 3 frames per
page), make the writing lines consistent down the length of the page.
4) An option to change paper alignment (portrait to landscape) within the
print set-up page would be useful.
5) A two frame per page handout with lines for notes in the landscape format
woudl also be very useful.
