Expand month calendar day cells by default in outlook 2007

We are holding off on rolling out this upgrade until we can get some of these
things answered. We have asset checkout calendars that we need to view all
checkouts over the month. 2007 doesn't let that happen. You have to click on
the triangle which takes you to another view. This is very annoying and take
to much time going back and forth. If anyone has an answer, it would be much
appreciated and we'll get one more step towards rolling this out. Thx~
