expand basic primary partition

I have a dell poweredge 4400 that was sent to me from
dell raid 5, one container, with a 4 gig C: that i want
to expand to 8gig. can someone point me in the right
direction on how to do this.

Either Volume Manager from Powerquest, or an in-place upgrade, see this MS

I have a copy of volume manager installed and it doesnt
appear to give me the options i desire i can manage my
other partitions but not my system drive. Does anyone
have any hands on with performing this process?
