Expand All Programs in Start Meu

Hey, I was wondering if anyone knows of a setting or registry edit to have
the "All Programs" section automatically be expanded when I open the start
menu. I dont have any shortcuts above it, so its just white space and then
the little All Programs button at the bottom, which you can hit and expand
the programs. If anyone knows of a way to keep it expanded so that when I
hit the start menu it shows all my programs and saves me from having to click
an extra time.

Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOftware\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced
is one place that a lot of the settings such as Start_ShowRun etc. are
saved, wasnt sure if there was a DWORD or anything I can add here to have it
show the All Programs automatically...

Thanks
