exiting when i don't want it to

Help please. When I have a few windows open at the same time, or a pop up
comes up I hit the X and everything closes can someone please help me with
this?

You may want to test by deleting C:\Windows\Temp\*.* which are temp files
What about your windows updates?
Your anti virus?
Your Ad Aware?
Your Spy Ware?
