Existing recurring appointments becoming timed

Within the last few days, some (but not all) of my existing recurring events
in Outlook 2003 have changed to timed events instead of all day events. For
example, a birthday which has been set for several years suddenly became a
two day event starting at 12:00AM. Many of my events have had this happen to
them, but like I said, not all of them. When I try to change them, I can not
get rid of the start time. It won't accept all day event for a recurring
appointment or event.

The only thing I can think of is that I recently did a Microsoft Update that
also updated some features of Outlook. My computer is not a Dell and I do
not have the file addinsetup anywhere in my Add/Remove Programs.

Any other ideas?

Could it have been the update for the changes to the US Daylight Saving Time
dates in 2007? See http://www.slipstick.com/emo/2007/up070104.htm#tz for
more information.
