hey, guys.

a couple of days ago i noticed a peculiar problem, which
seems to have removed the kind of environmental variable
that allows you to make a manual install of an exe file
into your windows\system32 folder, in order to make the
file work from any command line address so chosen.

i do remember having this problem in the past a few time
but then again it seemed to fix itself after a reboot.
for some reason this has persisted several reboots.

thanks for your time :)

Yeah, i guess my problem was an activeperl installation that overrode
the PATH variable into "C:\perl\bin\" by uninstalling AP, i managed to
get back all other commands which stopped working., thx for your help
