Exempt Account Lockout

We recently had a few machines that were infected with
W32.randbot worm and in turn caused user accts to get
locked. We were able to isolate the situation.

I was wondering if anyone knew of a way to create a domain
user acct that is exempt from getting locked out, just in
case every acct in the domain would have gotten locked out.

Administrator account can not be locked out and you can always logon at DC
with it. Lockout policy is domain wide, so you can not set a account not to
be locked out.
