Executing a form

HI All
I have designed a simple custom appointment form, and attached it to a
tool bar button using a hyperlink. However i want the form to run from a
double click from the daily appointment view as well,

Is this possible and if so can some give me a few tips on how to go
about it.

I have found Outlook a completley different animal, and thus have bought
sues book, but i would like a simple solution to this little task ASAP

Try adding a shortcut to the form to your outlook bar.
You will need to click on the shortcut, click Actions and
then "new [formname], but at least you can use it from any
view that way.
