Executable/file to launch network configuration?

I've historically, for one-at-a-time logged into my users' workstations as
Admin to change their network settings (not needed often). I'm facing a
situation now where I need to do this to quite a few in a short period of
time. I can't figure out how to just launch the network configuration as an
Admin from within the users' local profiles so that they don't have to log
out for me to do this. Is there a file that I can run as Admin to change
their network settings?

Thanks!
Mark

netsh.exe. Prepare yourself for a steep learning curve.
