exe messages

when i log on to windows it will load my desktop then i
get a ton of .exe messages any idea on what these are or
how to stop them

SOME OF THEM RANGE FROM WINNT MESSAGES UNABLE TO OPEN

DUE TO APPLICATION ERRORS CANT DISPLAY GRAPHICS ETC>
