.exe-ing excel files

I've just seen a posting on the powerpoint forum asking
how to convert a .ppt file to an .exe

What is the best/easiest/quickest way to convert an excel
file into an .exe file???

PS. I apologise for straying onto such a depraved place
as the powerpoint forum. sorry.
 
That's not possible, sorry. (Unless "reprogram absolutely everything in a
programming suite" counts for "possible" that is :-)
