EXE FILE NOT OPEN

YASTERD, I choosed exe file to be open by photo shop program by misstake. So
all exe file cann't be open even system program like SYSTEM STORE . How can I
return it into normal .

It didn't. I recieved: "Cannot import D:\exefix_vista.reg: Error accessing
the registry" while trying to merge it.
