Exclusive Mode

Everytime one of my users opens a specific form it goes into "exclusive mode"
and then nobody else can access the database. It is an unsecured database
right now so I don't know what could be causing the problem. Anyone have any
ideas what might cause this?

By the time you open a form the database has already been opened
either exclusive or multiuser. If that user is able to open the
database while others have it open then s/he is not locked into
exclusive mode. One way to avoid that issue is to give each user
their own copy of the front end on their PC.
