The unread mail folder in Outlook 2003 is very handy except that it includes
all of the mail items Norton has moved to the antispam folder. Please
consider excluding the antispam folder's contents from the unread mail
folder. The reason we have antispam software is so that we don't have to see
the tons of junk mail, and the reason you've added this unread mail folder is
to give quick access to unread mail. But the access isn't too quick if we
have to wade through the spam.
