Exclamatory Mark on DHCP server and scop

Hi all,

I have two queries here.

First is: - We have two DHCP Servers,

One server shows yellow Triangle with exclamatory mark in it , and another
server shows blue colored circle with exclamatory mark in it.

What do they mean?

Second one is:-

We have reserved IP s with physical address of systems for some critical
users,

We want DHCP to lease only that IPs if any new user connects to network, he
should not get any IP from DHCP.

How can it be achieved?
