Exchange server not responding

I can't get into my new outlook 2003. It is saying the
exchange server is unavailable. I don't know what to
write for the exchange server? Help
 
Ask your Exchange Admin - we would not know the server name.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
