Hi,

I get my email from the Exchnage Server at work. I want to be able to save
any email I get locally to my laptop, thereby avoiding the limit that the
server places on how long I can save my email. I need assistance on how to
create a personal folder that would have all the folders that my exchange
view has (Inbox, Calendar, etc) that I can have my emails directed to. I
thoight I did this before on earlier versions of Outlook, but don't see how
you do it in 2003.

Thanks

File, New, Outlook data file? Note that some admins block the ability to
create pst (for just this reason).

FIle>New>Outlook Data File to create the PST. Rules to copy the messages.
