Exchange server, creating rules on other folder than Inbox

Hi.
I use Exchange Server and I need to create a lot of rules to control my
incomming mail. I also need be able to check my mailbox from any PC connected
to the net.
However there is only 32Kb of space reserved for rules on each inbox folder,
which is insufficient.

I have searched the web for at solution, and it seems that I have to create
additional folders, and move/copy my Inbox rules to them + make a forwarding
rule that checks all folders until it has found a rule to process it.

I have found several examples of how to create a rule in the Inbox folder,
but so far I havent found a single line of code that shows how to create
rules on a different folder. I use VB.Net and 2 COM objects (Rule.dll and
CDO.dll) to create a program to handle the rules.

I hope someone here can give me an example of how to create rules on
additional folders, and maybe how to create a rule on each folder that tells
the program to check the rules collection in the next folder.

I read a post in a blog, where a Microsoft employee shows how to workaround
the 32KB issue, but unfortunately he never finished the post.
