Exchange/Outlook for Church

I've set up, and am administering an active directory domain
supporting our church office. We're using MS Exchange with outlook
clients.

I'm looking for an effective way to set up an address list/book
consisting of internet addresses (outside contacts, church members,
etc) that is viewable at all times by all users, and is able to be
administered by a few (secretary, admin asst, etc)

It needs to be globally accessible in the "show names from the..."
dropdown list in the to... and addr. book windows.

Also, the nature of the church calendar requires it to have Sunday as
a full day instead of Sat/Sun sharing a slot on the monthly cal. Any
add-ons for this functionality? (Even if the calendar were shifted to
place Monday/Tues. as a weekend instead of Sat/Sun...)

Thanks for any help offered.

A contacts folder in Public Folders would fit your requirements perfectly.
You can grant read access to everyone, but allow only a few people to make
changes. Each user who wants to show it in their address book would need to
check the Outlook Address Book box on the folder's Properties dialog.

To show Saturday and Sunday in separate boxes in a monthly calendar view,
choose View | Current View | Customize Current View | Other Settings > clear
the box for "Compress weekend days."
