Exchange Contacts in AD

I have alot of OU's in my active directory, and I went to create three
additional contacts in one of them, when I created them I set their
SMTP email address corerectly, it sohuld take a few minutes to reload
and show up under their email, its been 2 hours, and it hasnt showed
up, ive ran repadmin and synchronization but sitll no luck.

Please Advise,

I can take RUS quite some time to update this information before it's
visible because it's not running all the time.
You can manually from Exchange admin console trigger RUS to get things
moving faster.

Thanks, its working now. Didnt feel like spending more than 5 hours
with Winblows on the phone
