exchange and a new domian server

I have 2 domain controllers loaded with windows 2000
running AD in mixed mode. I have added another domain
controller for my hot off site DR project. I have
configured it as a secondary dns, an global catalog
server. I fail over all servers except the DR. I can login
everything seems to be working, But I am not able to login
to the exchange server. What am I missing? help
 
Can you elaborate on what you mean by you're unable to logon to the Exchange
server? I'm not sure I understand.
