I am working with W2K Advanced Server and Enterprise
Exchange. My client version of Outlook has only the
Personal Folders; how do I get the Public Folders to
appear in the client version of Outlook?

With kind regards,

RLH

What version of Outlook are you using? Have you installed the Exchange
Account? Is delivery set to the Exchange mailbox? Do you only have a
Personal Folders Service?

Do you HAVE any public folders?
