Exchange 2003 OWA strange occurance with one user

I have one user when they log into owa, they log in successfully. Then if
they click on a mesage or try to do anything the session times out or goes
back to the logon screen. This happens to several computers when loggin on
as this user. All other users are functioning as normal. This user can work
just fin in regular outlook as far as I can tell.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What I have seen the past, its usualy one of two things:
1. Check the User account in AD, check that he has the same e-mail
addresses as the rest of the users - typically he would also need an e-mail
allias %username%@%localdomainname% e.g. (e-mail address removed)
2. Does he use a simular internet connection as the rest of the users when
they use OWA? It could be a Routing issue...

I figured it out. I think it was a view problem. I used a regular outlook
client and used the switch /cleanviews. After I did that I logged into OWA
and everything was working properly. Strange but it seemed to work.
