Exchange 2003 Management tool and Vista

Has anyone been able to install the Exchange 2003 Management snap-in on Vista
RC1 Build 5600

I have the same problem and have tried everything. Of course when you try
to install Exchange 2003 with just the admin tools it yells you need IIS
installed, etc, but the versions are wrong with vista, and it wont proceed.
Exchange 2007 admin tools are not an option because you cant seem to install
them without modifying the schema for exchange 2007.

Please someone help with a workaround etc. It is important that Admins be
able to manage what are not legacy apps with Vista.
