Using SBS 2003
Reading Pane set to Mark item as read when selection changes
Another users mailbox is open in this users Outlook to allow access to their
e-mail

We get the above error when a message in the other users mmailbox (within
this users Outlook) status changes to read when moving off the message.

Any ideas?

Thanks!

Hi Raul,

I tried this twice and it did not help. I even uninstalled BCM and
re-installed it and that did not solve the problem. Any other suggestions?

Thanks

Hi Luther,

We are not running Exchange 5.5, we are using 2003. Also, when I uninstall
BCM or it is disabled after uninstalling and reinstalling .NET there is no
problem. So, it must have something to do with BCM and or SQL.

I have a user with the same exact problem and it started just a few days ago.
I don't see any installation evidence to support it, but I was wondering if
an updated occurred or something. I'll let you know if I come up with
anything.

Hi, same Problem as all of you:
"HRESULT: 0x8004010F" when trying to view the INBOX of another User or when
trying to open an E-Mail.

Are there any new hints or is there even a solution?
Regards
Chris

Hi Daniel,
Did you ever work out a fix for this?
I have a client with BCM installed and this error has started poping up
whenever they move a mail item between folders.
Thanks

Can we narrow this down to something related to Exchange? Is there
anyone getting this error message who does not have some version of
Exchange in their Mail Profile?
