Except Criteria

Hi,
I know that if I want to filter to particular item, I just have to state the item at criteria at the particular column in design view. If I want all the item to appear in the query result EXCEPT particular item, what should I say at the criteria?

For example let say I want the result for all the country except country singapore. Wat should I do?

Pls advise.
