An excellent training resource is available called Is Spyware Eating Your
Lunch? It is a 95 pg manual on either CD or print written by a field tech who
deals with this stuff everyday. It pulls together a lot of good resources,
programs, tips, etc and also shows how to successfully remove pests manually
when the scanners don't get them. The thing I really like is that when you
need to manually remove things it assigns risk ratings to the different
manual removal processes. It also covers preventative stuf like disaster
recovery plans and general pest prevention. A cool resource

I think it only fair to mention that it costs $11.95 (CD) or $21.95 (print).
As such, poster is, IMO, a spammer. Naughty, naughty.
