Excell to Word format

I am using both Excel & Word 2000
My mind is not working today. I want to import Excel
spreadsheets into word. I copied the area of the
spreadsheet that I want into word, but of course it came
in on two pages. I need to get it onto one page. I know
I have done this before, but today I can't seem to get it
to respond and shrink down to one page.

Can someone please help me fast. I have about 30 of these
pages to do.
