Excell spreadsheet- press return on line and it keeps tabbing

At the end of a row of cells I press return and it keeps tabbing along the
line, what do I do?

Ensure that the Move selection after Enter box is checked, and the dropdown
box says "Down".
Tools>Options>Edit>Move Selection after Enter>Down
