Excell Errors

I am using Excel and Word as a part of Office 2000
Professional. I had a problem with Office which required
removing and reinstalling the program disk. After
reinstalling I receive the following error message when I
try to open either program. The program will open after
pressing "YES".

Microsoft Visual Basic
Compile Error in hidden module: AutoExecNew

When exiting either program I receive the following error
message.

Microsoft Visual Basic
Compile Error in hidden module: DistMon

Any help in resolving this problem would be greatly
appreciated.
