excell data into contacts manager

Im am trying to figure out how to import data from an excell sheet ( name,
address, Phone, etc, etc.....) into contact manager. Any help????

I'm trying to figure out the same thing. Outlook 2007 Excell 2007 I would
also be happy if I could Put contact from outlook into an excell workbook
