HI Ok I have a spread sheet in Excell format and want to convert it to Access
format. All I get is it will send it to the address book. But I don't want it
there I need it to go to a Access file that I already made. Also if anyone
can tell me how to fit the sheet on a paper when I print it. All would be
great help

- run your access db
- click "file"
- click "get external data"
- click "import" and follow the instruction.

Now you have imported your excel sheet into a access table.
Using that table you can now create your "queries", "reports" etc.
Playing with the width or height of "report's" objects - page, text
boxes, labels etc.
you can fit your reports to your printing taste.
But I really gather that you need to give a serious start to ms access
before everything.

Kind regards
