excelfile on the web

on my site I publish an excelfile.
For me everything goes ok, but other members get a larger fontsize, so they
get all ##### because the column width is not ok for them. what can I do that
everybody gets the same columnwidth and font size ?

I think it depends on the printers that your users have, too.

I think I'd either widen the columns or change the font to something smaller.

Or even use
format|cells|alignment tab|Shrink to fit
