does anyone know how to set up excel in the way tat it
will remember wat u hv keyed n will appear next time u
type in th key word..
e.g type once singapore.. when u type next time with sin
it will appear singapore

hi,
go to <tools>-<options>-<edit> and mark the checkbox for <enable
autocomplete..>

Auto-complete will do this if the cells are contiguous above the point you are
entering data.

Otherwise, you may have to look at using AutoCorrect from the Tools menu.
