We are working with long datasheets (longer than 65,000
rows) and I would like to know how you can make a sheet
longer than 65,000 rows.

We will need appr. 85,000 rows. The data will be then
used for pivot Tables.

Thank you

Yiannis,

Excel has a row limit of 65,536 - no way around this.

You can store your data in an Access database and still
use it as the source for a pivot table.

....or, split the table across two worksheets and use the
Multiple Consolidation Ranges option on the first step of
the pivot table wizard.

Cheers,
Dave

Dave,

It seems that I am doing something wrong.

I am consolidating the two sheets but do not get the same
detail in my column as in the single sheet.

I 'm sending you a small sheet to check it for any ideas.

Thank you

Yiannis
