Excel worksheets appearance

Hi, something is happening in some of my worksheets that is driving me crazy
and I cannot figure out how to fix it. On the screen, some of the gridlines
do not appear. It can be fixed by showing the gridlines in the Page Setup
sheet, but that isn't the correct fix. whay would cause this and how can I
make it stop doing it? It only happens in some worksheets and only in some
areas of the sheet. Thanks for any advice. Jacke

select cells | go to format | cells | pattern tab | colors : choose no
color | ok
