you may try 'Tools - Options - Calculate' And check 'Precision as
displayed'. Now formating to two decimals for example will also make
the value to round to only two decimals.
Note: After applying this no way to restore the old values
Why do you want to force all figures to be rounded?
Rounding is an alternative name for introducing errors into your numbers. If
you based new functions on these results then you can end up with wrong
answers. If you're not then just setting the number format works fine.
The only occassion I can think of that rounding is good is for interop with
other systems, like banks, that don't like fractional values (ie fractions of
cents).
