I can't seem to find how to indent the second and
subsequent lines of text in a cell; also, how can I
implement bullets in the text of a cell ?

XL doesn't have advanced text layout functions. Use spaces instead. For
bullets, directly enter your symbol of choice.

Agree that this is possible solution, but it's so labourious if you're
entering a lot of text in a lot of cells. Do you know if MS is going to fix
this?

I've no idea what MS will come up with for future versions. They're not
going to "fix" this, since it's not broken. However, if you send your
feature request to (e-mail address removed), I suppose they might consider
adding yet another non-spreadsheet feature to XL.

If you want text with bullets and indentation, consider using a Word
table...
