Excel Workbook Protection

I have protected my workbook and can't remember the
password. Is there any way to recall, or override the
protection?
 
There are plenty of password crackers available on the web. Googling Excel
Password Cracker would be a good start, though you may need to pay for your
poor memory ;-)
