how do i ascend numbers (10-100) in increments of 10 down a column without
doing it manually?

how do i set word to dbl space?

Put 10 and 20 in two adjacent cells; select them; drag the fill handle
(lower right corner) down.

Or onthe Formatting Toolbar click on "Line Spacing" Icon drop-down arrow.
