Excel VBA error on VBE6INTL.DLL

I just installed Office 2000 Pro under Windows 2000 and I
am receiving errors when I try to use Visual Basic. If I
go to Tools, Macro, Visual Basic Editor I get: "The
language DLL VBE6INTL.DLL could not be found". When I
click OK, I get "An error occurred initializing VBA
libararies (16389)". I have searched the support site for
this DLL and the only article I can find relates to Visio,
which is not installed. Any ideas?
