Excel Toolbar Buttons

I am using Excel 2002, does anyone know if there is a
highlight button that can be added to the toolbar, it
seems like I had one and now it's gone
 
Maybe you're remembering the highlighter tool from Word -- Excel doesn't
have a one. You could change the font colour of specific characters in a
cell, but not the background colour of specific characters.
